What
Our Village Show provides an opportunity for the local community to come together and enjoy the exhibits on show in the hall and marquees alongside the various activities taking place on the playing field
Where
Henderson Hall, Talybont-on-Usk, LD3 7YQ, parking will be available on the playing field.

Rules
Only one exhibit per exhibitor in each class
Each exhibitor MUST submit an INDIVIDUAL entry form
Each Adult entry should be on the White entry form
Each Child or Youth entry should be on the coloured entry form, remember to give their age
Entry Fee 20p per entry
All Entry Forms must be in the hands of the Show Record Entry Secretary by Wednesday 20th August 2025
No late entries
A ‘Beginner’ is a first-time exhibitor at our show
Cakes are to be displayed on doilies NOT plates and MUST be covered with cling film
Please read and abide by the entry requirements for ALL classes set out in the 2025 schedule
All exhibits are to be staged by 10.30 on the day of the show. To assist exhibitors Henderson Hall will be open at 08.00
Judging will commence at 10.30; the hall will be closed at this time and will not re-open to the public, including exhibitors, until 13:30
The Committee reserves the right to visit the garden of any exhibitor
No exhibit is to be removed until after 17:00
All prize money to be collected on the show day
The Talybont Show Committee will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of property
